06/17/2021 Chr. Hansen Natural Colors A/S, formerly known as OterraTM, has made Symrise AG an offer to purchase its natural food colouring operations. The company accepts the offer but has chosen to concentrate on its main business given that the Flavor & Nutrition section. Around 80 Diana Food employees who work in two production locations in France and the UK would be impacted by the acquisition by OterraTM. The Company made the offer to the Labor Unions today in accordance with French legal regulations.
